There is not much that Batman can do against such an opponent.

Maybe if Grayson was helping him, but Spidey has taken both goblins, simultaneously defeated the entire sinister six on several occasions (With and without prep), his agility is second to none, and while Batman can hide from him, he can't surprise him. Spider-man' sad Spectacular as always. Even Garfield's Spidey showed some really impressive Spider Sense.

Plus, his refleses in-game are extremely more flawlessly executed.

That doesn't mean he was about to die Batman's intent wasn't to fight her What could he have done? She had a sword to his throat and he was pinned down. Did he just let her do that? To what end? The fact she was able to pin him down in the first place already puts his speed far below Spider-Man, who can dodge lightning blasts
